Prices and terms of payment

The prices stated on the Aminoverse platform are final prices and are exempt of applicable VAT and other fees (e.g. shipping costs). When importing goods to countries outside the Netherlands, import duties and taxes may apply due to export restrictions, which you will have to bear. You are responsible for the proper payment of all applicable duties, taxes and fees.

We reserve the right to change products and product prices at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per company, per institution or per order. These limitations may include orders placed from or under the same customer account, the same credit card and/or orders placed under the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting you at the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time of the order.

The final purchase price excluding potential import fees or custom taxes will be displayed to you on the direct payment link prior to completion of the applicable order process, subject to payment, and is due immediately without deduction upon submission of the order.

Aminoverse offers various payment methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal, iDEAL), but is not obligated to offer any particular payment method in the future. For more information on accepted payment methods, please visit the Aminoverse platform. AELYSA Bioassays reserves the right to limit the payment methods from which a customer may choose based on order value, shipping region, or other objective criteria.

Regardless of delivery, the delivered goods remain the property of Aminoverse until full payment is received. 

Delivery and shipping

Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be shipped to the delivery address you provide.

The shipping method will be determined by Aminoverse.

Aminoverse is entitled to make partial deliveries. In case of partial deliveries initiated by Aminoverse or offered to you, subsequent deliveries are free of charge. In case of partial deliveries on special customer request, the shipping costs for each partial delivery will be charged.

All products and goods will not be shipped until payment is received.

All delivery obligations of Aminoverse are subject to “while stocks last”. Aminoverse may therefore withdraw from the contract if the available stock is exhausted. If the stock is only partially exhausted so that not all of the goods requested in the customer’s order can be satisfied, Aminoverse may, at its sole discretion, allocate the available stock among one or all of the customers. If this does not satisfy all the requirements stated in the Customer’s order, the Customer shall be entitled to withdraw from the order.

Delivery periods and dates are specified in Aminoverse’s order confirmation. Delivery periods and dates are approximate, unless they are expressly designated as binding. The actual delivery may deviate from the stated delivery period by up to 10 days.

The delivery period shall commence with the dispatch of the order confirmation by Aminoverse (or the acceptance of the order if no order confirmation is issued), but not before the provision of any documents, approvals, releases to be obtained by the customer, the clarification of all technical questions and the receipt of any agreed down payment or advance payment. Compliance with the delivery deadline is subject to the timely and proper fulfillment of other obligations.

The delivery deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the goods have left Aminoverse’s factory by the end of the delivery period or if Aminoverse has notified the customer that the goods are ready for shipment.

In the event of a delay in delivery, the customer shall be entitled to withdraw from the individual contract after notifying Aminoverse of the delay and after the expiry of a period of ten (10) working days in which Aminoverse may make the delivery that would otherwise be considered as delayed.
